Junior Marketing Assistant

Metairie, LA
Brand Fusion is hiring a Junior Marketing Assistant to represent client brands at retail locations and promotional events across Metairie, LA. This is an entry-level, in-person role — no marketing experience required, just strong people skills and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
- Represent client brands at retail locations and promotional events
- Talk with customers face-to-face to introduce products, services, and promotions
- Support customer sign-ups, registrations, and account activations
- Build customer relationships and help grow brand awareness
- Collect customer feedback and keep accurate campaign records
- Work with a team to hit campaign goals
- Take part in ongoing training
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Customer service or other customer-facing experience
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Good organization and time management
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude
Experience in retail, hospitality, sales, events, or customer service is a plus, but not required. Recent graduates, current students, and career changers are welcome to apply.
Pay & Benefits
- Weekly base pay starting at $825, plus performance-based bonuses and commission
