Brand Fusion is growing its Event Sales Team in Metairie and hiring an Events Assistant to represent client brands at promotional events and retail campaigns. This is an entry-level, in-person role — no sales experience required, just strong people skills and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
- Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Promote products and services and explain key features and benefits
- Build rapport and deliver a strong customer experience
- Guide customers through purchases or registrations
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Represent client brands at events and promotional campaigns
- Work collaboratively in a supportive team environment
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confidence speaking with customers face-to-face
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- A proactive, results-driven mindset
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
Experience in retail, hospitality, sales, events, or customer service is a plus, but not required. We also welcome transferable skills from university, internships, volunteering, sports, or part-time work.
Pay & Benefits
- Weekly earnings, $825–$1,175 per week (base pay plus commission and performance bonuses)
