We're expanding our Chicago team and looking for a Retail Sales Associate to represent established brands through face-to-face customer engagement and sales campaigns.
Rather than working behind a traditional store counter, you'll interact directly with customers at retail locations and promotional events, introduce products and services, and help create positive experiences that drive results.
No previous sales experience? No problem. We provide paid training and ongoing coaching to help you get started.
Your Day-to-Day
- Approach and engage customers in busy retail and promotional environments.
- Introduce products and services through friendly, informative conversations.
- Answer questions, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable options.
- Support sales and customer acquisition goals.
- Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Work closely with your team to achieve daily objectives.
- Develop your sales and communication skills through hands-on training.
Who We're Looking For

Ideally, you'll bring:

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is a plus, but not required.
